Prenatal Chiropractic Care
At Inspired Life Center we believe every woman should have a chiropractor on their health care team to support a comfortable vibrant pregnancy. With over 12 years of experience working with women during and after pregnancy we are able to provide gentle protocols and specific adjusting techniques for healthier pregnancies and safer births.
Inspired Life Chiropractic & Wellness loves working with women during this special time in their lives and incorporates her following certifications in her prenatal care: Webster technique, Certification of American Chiropractic Council of Pediatrics (CACCP), Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
Pediatric Chiropractic Care
At inspired life chiropractic we believe in growing up and nurturing healthy children with chiropractic care. In a perfect world each child would have the opportunity to be checked after birth to detect any birth trauma or injuries. Addressing these injuries at birth sets the baby up for healthy nursing, growth and development.
Corrective Exercises and Therapies
At Inspired Life Center, we teach our patients how to perform special "blueprint" exercises which can help strengthen and correct the irregularities in their bodies that may be causing pain. Many of these corrective exercises can actually be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and spinal correction plan. In addition to skeletal misalignment, you may be experiencing pain caused by muscles and connective tissues that are out of their proper place. Other types of pain such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches are caused by muscles and tissues that are being used improperly, causing injuries over time. In each case, targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractors will help you feel good while also helping your body achieve balance and health. Some of the specific exercises and therapies we incorporate are: Vibration therapy, Denneroll corrective orthotics, Pettibon wobble chair exercises, traction, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises.
Lifestyle Advice
Many of our patients come to see our chiropractors to address a specific pain symptom such as back pain, neck pain or headaches. While our chiropractors will address each patient's specific condition with chiropractic care, we often find it helpful to "coach" our patients towards achieving a healthier lifestyle. For example, there may be certain activities that you should avoid or do differently to prevent yourself from unintentionally aggravating your particular health challenges. The goal of including lifestyle advice with a chiropractic care plan is to help patients achieve the fulfilling and happy lifestyle they deserve, one that is full of the activities that are enjoyed most. We recognize that every single one of our patients is a whole person, and we use our expertise to help each of them reach total health and wellness.
Nutritional Counseling
What does nutrition have to do with chiropractic care? The goal of chiropractic care is to help patients achieve total health and balance with their bodies, and as part of that goal we provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices. Massage Therapy
At Inspired Life we strongly believe Massage therapy is an integral piece of your wellness care. We love the increased benefits our patients achieve when adding massage to their chiropractic care. Prenatal Massage Therapy
Prenatal massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques, one of which is called Swedish Massage. Therapeutic massage has been used for centuries to improve overall health, reduce stress, and relieve muscle tension. Research shows prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
Cold laser Therapy
Cold lasers can stimulate all types of cells, including muscle, ligaments, nerves and cartilage. This stimulation of light energy works similar to photosynthesis in plants, as it is absorbed and interacts with light-sensitive components in the body’s cells. The treatment promotes the body’s natural healing — which may have been impeded through the tissue damage — by stimulating mitochondria and encouraging the cells to produce more ATP.
As a non-invasive procedure with an average treatment time of 15 minutes and there is no recovery time and no side effects, which makes LLLT an attractive treatment option for a variety of conditions. Often this treatment is added on to a chiropractic adjustment visit.

The non-invasive ZERONA® laser emulsifies the adipose tissue and releases excess fat into the interstitial space. From there, fat is passed through the body during its normal course of detoxification.
